Seeew...
Good morning! I just realized that I haven't posted since March! Brian would have been on this much faster, so please forgive the idol blog. The good news is I have been very busy getting in new products including kits for Merry Merry Snow Days, pictured above. I love the addition of the skiing Llamas to the family of snowmen.
If you are familiar with applique patterns by Bunny Hill Designs, they have lots of detail but the end result is worth it!
Last year I put a new colorway together for her Merry Merry Snowmen quilt and I can speak from experience; gathering up all of those fabrics to make sure you have a cohesive look is time consuming and exhausting! This is why I provide kits only on projects like this. Visit here for all of the details.
Merry Merry Snow Days is the perfect Christmas fabric! The cheerful colors remind me of vintage times and the little prints are just plain adorable. I currently have Fat Quarter Bundles, Jelly Rolls, Charm Packs and Layer Cakes here.
If you like your projects a little smaller, Oh Christmas Tree is 23" x 23". This kit has been very popular! My guess would be because the applique is large which makes it simple to complete. I have a handful of kits left here. Brian used to emphasize the importance of getting your Christmas projects early and he was absolutely right. If you wait until November and stumble on this blog, it's going to be too late.
This year I am happy to have received the new Urban Chiks Christmas collection called, Sweet Christmas. As the name implies these prints are the sweetest! That classic vintage snowman is so cute and exactly how I remember my Christmas's when I was a child. The collection is filled with peppermint polka dots, candy canes, vintage poinsettias and more! Currently pre-cuts are available here.
That's all I have for today. I have been doing most of my updates in my Shoppe email and on Instagram or Facebook. Hopefully you are following me there too so you don't miss anything. I have been testing out Facebook LIVE and my first contest drawing will be on June 15. So, if you want the chance to WIN a Lollipop Garden Jelly Roll, all purchases of $100 or more from my website here are eligible!
Sew something cute today and I will have more to share in my next post. - Jan
